Someone is selling a Sunn Beta Lead cabinet with out the amp for $100. I was thinking about buying it and using it for an extension cabinet for my Vox AC15CC1 until I luck up on a Sunn Beta Lead amp for a decent price. Anyone think this is a bad/good idea ? My Vox has upgraded tubes (Tung-Sol, JJ), bright cap mod and Accutronics reverb.

Just asking for opinions on overdrive pedals
Basically i'm looking for an overdrive that is fairly transparent and doesn't bump the mids too much (My amp is a Hayden Mini MoFo which is like a VOX night train in terms of mid range)
my preferred budget is under 300 UK pounds if that helps.
Two pedals that I have my eye on at the moment are the Way Huge Pork Loin, and the Wampler Euphoria drive. Both are pretty versatile and both transparent so i like them both. Please leave your opinions and any suggestions for other things too.
Thanks!

I have a Peavey TNT 115 S Sheffield Guitar AMP in 1994. Does anyone know how much it cost to buy retail then?

Hey guys - up for sale is my Radial Dragster. A great little tool for using your Strat, P-bass or other instrument with passive electronics, with things like a wireless transmitter, a Line 6 modeler, or a USB/iPhone/iPad recording interface. I can't really do a great job of explaining what it does, so I'll point you to Radial's website - they do a much better job.

PM me to discuss shipping, etc. I'm very flexible. Thanks everyone!

Hey guys, up for sale is my Radial BigShot PB1. I really *really* like this pedal. It's basically an ultra-clean volume boost (for solos or driving a tube amp/overdrive pedal, etc.), and I do mean *ultra*-clean. I've used it with the piezo pickup on my upright to drive an Ampeg B-15, and it does wonders.
It's also got Radial's drag control - basically an adjustable input impedance that adapts to whatever you plug into it, everything from ultra-hot low-Z active pickups to passive P and J pickups to piezo pickups on acoustic instruments - and sends it out as a signal that pedals and amps like to see. More info about that here: http://screaminfx.com/tech/why-and-when-to-use-a-guitar-buffer-pedal.htm.
Here's Radial's page about the pedal: http://www.tonebone.com/re-bigshot-pb1.htm
Put simply: if you're running a lot of pedals, most of which are true-bypass, you really should pick this guy up!
